In 1935, the Cantina Cooperativa Del Copertino (Cupertinum) was born from the ambition of 35 winemakers in this area of Salento who, renouncing individualism, set themselves the goal of handling the vinification of their grapes and the marketing of their wines themselves. Today there are about 350 proud winemakers who, each year, together pool their harvest from the sweet plains of Puglia, almost in the very centre of the Salento Peninsula. The total area for vine cultivation is about 400 hectares.  The grapes, which come from the finest portions of the terroir and from vineyards cultivated mainly with the traditional Puglia bush vines, make possible the production of wines of excellence that inspire experts and enthusiasts alike. We present Bag-in-Box Rosé Wine Negramaro Salento IGT 13% 5 litres Negramaro grapes.
