Description
The Azienda Giovannini was founded on the gentle slopes of the territory of Imola in the mid-60s. In this land of the encounter between Emilia and Romagna, which has always been synonymous with generous conviviality and sincere devotion to the cult of Bacchus, the founder of the family Garibaldo Giovannini marked the beginning of a passion that still, after fifty years, continues undimmed in the passion of his son Giorgio and his grandson Jacopo. From the cultivation of the vine to the ageing in bottles, kept in a tunnel inside the hill, Giovannini wine achieves the result of a perfect balance between a focus on the new and continuity with the past in its immutable passion for a product that has been handed down from generation to generation. Since the harvest in 2008, organic production in both the vineyard and the winery has led the company Giovannini to produce its wines with complete respect for nature and the healthful winemaking practices.
